Welcome to — inside Cherokee Bank!

Group Vice President Lisa Kendrick sent to all staff members a copy of an email exchange between one of our relationship managers and one of our clients.  This is a good example of the manner in which management and staff should be addressing our clients in regards to the upcoming merger.

Subject: Merger
CLIENT: It’s your lovely XXXXXXXX friend with questions!    How is this merger with Hamilton State Bank going to affect customers?   Will we still get small bank service?  You have provided us such wonderful service and always solved all our problems!   Don’t leave me.  :) XXXX

STAFF MEMBER: LOL, I plan to still be here and as long as I am here I will take good care of you. We won’t see or know too much right now since it is all new to us, but I am staying positive. I am here if you need me. :-) Thanks sooooo much for thinking of me. It’s clients like you that make my job nice to come to work to.

CLINT:the feeling is mutual!  We LOVE Cherokee Bank because of the people!  When I saw the news of the merger, I was worried about changes and that we would not get our small town service any more.

I am proud of our staff and so is Hamiltion State Bank.
